The Ponderosa High School Band Booster Club is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the students, parents, teachers, directors, instructors, and administrative staff of the Ponderosa High School band and guard program. Through volunteer recruitment, fundraising, program support, and community involvement, the Boosters help provide resources and opportunities that support excellence in music education for all band and guard students.

Booster Meetings & Membership

Monthly Booster meetings are held on the 1st Thursday of each month and are open to all parents, guardians, and other adults standing in loco parentis of current students in any Ponderosa Band or Guard program.

The Ponderosa High School Band Booster Club, Inc. is a membership organization. Qualified members, as defined by the by-laws, have voting privileges in matters such as officer elections, the annual budget, by-law amendments, and other Booster business.

How Booster Support Helps

The Ponderosa High School Band Booster Club is a non-profit organization that exists to support the students, parents, teachers and administrative staff of the Ponderosa High School band program by recruiting volunteers, conducting programs and raising funds. By doing this we strive to provide all band students at Ponderosa High School excellence in music education.

Examples of items that the Band Boosters have helped finance in past years include: Instrument Repair, Sheet Music, Percussion Instruments, Guard Flags / Uniforms, Drum Major Training, Transportation Fees, Food at Marching Band Competitions, Honor Band, Marching Band T-shirts, Concert & Jazz Band Festivals, Scholarships for Sugarloaf & Leadership Training, & Much More....
